This is standard menu of Soba-ya. It is made with excellent buckwheat seed cultivated in Japan, water from Azumino region and flour.
The ratio of buckwheat and flour is 10:2

The Gohei-Soba is cool Soba that include egg, radish, wakame seaweed, spring onion, katsuo-bushi (sliced dried bonito) and nori seaweed.
Please put tuyu inside bowl and eat.

The Special Soba made without flour. It is made from only water and buckwheat powder ground by handy grinder.
Taste the pure soba and flavor.
This is limited menu. So, if you eager to taste it, please reserve it.

Seiro Soba
